In Howl Allen Ginsberg wrote: “I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness . . . .” and tonight we will see Scott Baio speak on behalf of Donald Trump. Some will see a connection. Others will not.
Will Mr. Baio speak to an empty chair? To an empty hall? We do not yet know. All that can be said is that even those of us who saw a long painful slide in Mr. Baio’s future never imagined this.
